PROJECT VISION
The vision for Garnett on James grew from a need to satisfy the increasing and somewhat conflicting demands of a contemporary family. Capital Luxury Residences set out to create a space which was equal parts functional and aesthetic.
Pursuing a versatile and simple yet pioneering design for contemporary executives, Capital Luxury Residences drew inspiration from previous projects in Melbourneʼs Toorak and South Yarra. After partnering with Melbourne-based interior designer Alissa Birch and Brisbane-based architects Big House Little House, the opulent design for Garnett on James was born.
To carefully balance comfort and unique aesthetic, the 12-month project included custom joinery, premium finishes and unique fixtures sourced from across the globe. This luxurious design also imbues smart technology in every step of the design, ensuring the property will evolve as the years go by.
