The 540-square-metre property in Brisbaneʼs Coorparoo stretches out over an 809-square-metre block, offering five bedrooms, six bathrooms, ample living area, an accommodating kitchen, a gym and a wine cellar. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living areas add a sense of opulence, while the open-plan design and spacious entertaining area is an invitation to the staggered outdoor terrace, firepit retreat and pool house.

Bianco is epitomised by neutral tones and a minimalist form. The classic white surfaces and light-filled spaces balance out the warm wood accents and textured finishes. The bespoke cabinetry from Milan, Spanish marble staircase and carefully considered fixtures are equal parts welcoming and elaborately grandeur.

The luxury residence integrates functionality and aesthetics through the use of smart home technology, such as automated lighting, cutting edge appliances and state of the art air-conditioning.

PROJECT VISION

Inspired by the simple elegance of Miamiʼs art-deco style, the basis of this project was to create an enigmatic and highly sophisticated, yet simple space. In conjunction with Melbourne-based interior designer Alissa Birch and Brisbane-based architects Big House Little House, Capital Luxury Residences envisioned a property which drew strength from the notion of subtraction.

Following a 12-month timeline, this ambitious vision was introduced to Coorparooʼs Sirius Street in 2019. To inject a sense of grandeur, premium materials were selected from across the globe, including marble from Italy and Spain, as well as bespoke cabinetry from Milan. True to Miamiʼs laid-back style, Bianco pays homage to the surrounding natural beauty by creating a harmonious transition between indoors and outdoors.

The vision for Bianco was also to deliver an enduring home, to simplify and nurture family life for years to come. With this in mind, the minimalist design subtlety integrates smart technology, with a natural palette of stone, wood, marble and glass.
